She was born to Fred Clifford Wolf and Fannie Mae Wassell on February 6, 1925 in Husum, WA. Dona was a member of the Bryn Mawr United Methodist Church and Women’s club. She spent many hours volunteering at the church, the Cancer Thrift Shop and local Nursing Homes.
Dona loved sewing and crocheting, making many quilts and lap robes over the years. She was also an avid gardener and grew her own vegetables. Dona was well known for her homemade cinnamon rolls and loved the children in her daughter-in-law's day care.
Dona is survived by sons John Dorsey of Auburn; Timothy Dorsey of Kent; James Dorsey of Renton and daughter Paulette Dorsey of Kent; 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren as well as many dear friends and relatives whom will miss her sweet smile and gentle kindness. Dona was preceded in death by Wayne, her husband of 59 years.
