Aiken, SC - The relatives and friends of Mr. Phillip Cole Howell and those of Rev. Nelson B. Rivers, III (Carolyn) and children, Barbara Bodison (Herbert) and children, Jeffrey G. Rivers, Sr. and children, Mae Carroll, devoted friend of many years and her sister Denise Fleming, adopted "son" Ronald "P'nut" Corley and fiance Taquilla Necole Williams, his Charity Missionary Baptist Church family and a host of friends and NAACP comrades are invited to attend his home going service on Saturday, March 16, 2019, 12:00 Noon at Charity Missionary Baptist Church, 1544 E. Montague Ave., N. Charleston, SC. Burial will take place at Beaufort National Cemetery on Monday, March 25, 2019. There will not be a wake service.
