Linda was born in Nashville and she was the daughter of the late Harold Green and Georgia Grigg.
She retired from Metro Nashville Health Department where she served as an Executive Secretary to Directors for 30 years.
Linda loved to crochet and she often made many items for her family as well as others. She was also a lover of the Beatles.
Linda leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Kendall Norton; daughters, Keisha Russell and Brittany (Lesly) Whitenack; 7 grandchildren; sister, Sherry (Tommy) Brazie, and a host of other family and friends who all loved her dearly.
A Gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, March 17 from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at Hermitage Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 18 at 12 noon with visitation preceding from 10:00a.m. until the start of Celebration of Life.
