She was born June 30, 1908 in Mack, Colorado to Isaac A. and Emma Gillespie Asay.
She married Mullin Hill, they were later divorced. She married Vard Asay, he preceded her in death. Throughout her life, she enjoyed traveling, hunting and fishing.
Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, January 18, 1994,
11 A.M. in the Centerville 4th Ward, 610 Rowland Way Court. Friends attended a Viewing at Lindquist & Sons Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East on Monday Evening From 6-8 p.m. and At The Ward Chapel 10-10:45 A.M. on Tuesday. Interment followed at the Centerville Memorial Park.
