Ralph E. Webb, 89, of Patterson Creek Road, Burlington, WV, died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the Hampshire Memorial Hospital, Romney, WV.
Born on January 6, 1930 at Burlington, WV, he was a son of the late Edward C. and Lillie Mae (Whipp) Webb. He also was preceded in death by a sister, Justina Williams and her husband Phil and a son-in-law, James "Buster" Clark.
Mr. Webb was formerly employed with Carl Stickley Trucking, the B & O railroad and Upland Resources. He also drove school bus for the Mineral County Board of Education and was a lifelong farmer. He was a member of the Burlington United Methodist Church and was a life member of the Burlington Volunteer Fire Department.
Surviving are his children, Beckie Hott of Burlington, Connie Clark of Romney, Jeanetta Kesner and husband Terry of Burlington, Eddie Webb and wife Carol of Burlington and Lynnie Spencer and husband Kent of Keyser; a nephew, Arthur Williams and wife Rachel of Florida; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Eisenhour officiating.
Interment will be in the Lahmansville Cemetery, Lahmansville, WV.
