Mr. Jay Long, 63, of McComb died March 14, 2019 at Courtyard Healthcare.
He was born on March 6, 1955 in McComb the son of Jimmy Long and the late Nelda McKenzie Long.
Jay was a member of South McComb Baptist Church and was a avid LSU fan. He was a 1974 graduate of Parklane Academy.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors are his father, Jimmy Long of McComb, daughter Angela Long of Plantation, Fl., sister Monica Gardner(Bill) of McComb, Pam Smith(David) of Murfreesboro, TN and a brother Robin Long(Sharon) of Brandon, a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 17th from 1 PM till 2:30 PM at Hartman Jones Funeral Home. Services will be in the funeral home chapel at 2:30 PM on Sunday. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery with Dr. David Millican officiating.
