Christopher Lee “White Owl” Spears, 57 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Pikeville Medical Center. Chris was a mechanic and a member of the Glory Bound Freewill Baptist Church. Chris was born July 1, 1961 at Pikeville, KY to Homer Joe Spears & Fayetta Overstreet Spears of Ashcamp, KY. Chris was preceded in death by one brother, Stevie Spears and one sister, Wanda Looney. In addition to his parents, Chris is also survived by his wife, Jan Parker Spears of Ashcamp, KY; one son, Christopher Jordan (Kaitlyn) Spears of Rutledge, TN; two daughters, Brandi Lea (Dan) Stevens of Lily, KY & Amber Danielle Kelly of Ashcamp, KY; and two grandchildren, Addison Raylee Kelly & Kasey Morgan Kelly. Chris is survived by three brothers, Jimmy Spears of Sandusky, OH, Joey Spears of Breaks, VA & Wayne Spears of Ashcamp, KY and two sisters, Sondra Stiltner of Harmon, VA & Rhonda Spears of Ashcamp, KY. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday, March 13 and Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the Glory Bound Freewill Baptist Church with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, March 15, 2019 at 2PM from the church with Edgar Sanders and others officiating. Burial will follow at the Elkhorn City Cemetery, Elkhorn City, KY.
