Isaac Justice, was the son of Thomas and Frances (Grice) Justice, of Rutherford County, NC. In 1864, the family was living in Union Co, Georgia when Thomas and Isaac enlisted in Confederate army, Isaac in Co B of 6th Georgia Cavalry.
Later in life, he and his family moved to Cobb Co, where his sister Martha Justice Gregory and husband James were living. Isaac's children were John, Sarah, Frances and Joseph C. 1877-1928.

Gravesite Details
About two rows east of Martha Gregory and some south. Isaac and wife's gravestones were unreadable, but someone had been leaving flowers. Arvil Gregory of Blairsville identified these graves as being of Uncle Isaac and wife Lucinda Annie.
