She was united in marriage to Eugene Dale Pulley on September 25, 1952 in Bentonville, Arkansas.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gene and Tommy Lewis; and several infant brothers and sisters.

Gracie is survived by three daughters, Joy Stevens, and her husband, Wallace, of Lebanon, Missouri, Linda Embry, of Stockton, Missouri, and Gaye Chastain, and her husband, Scott, of Laquey, Missouri; two sons, Robert "Bobby" Pulley, and his wife, Laquitta, and John William Pulley, all of Lebanon, Missouri; eleven grandchildren, Lisa, Leslie, Chad, Lori, Brian, Krystyna, Matthew, Robert, Sherri, Amanda, and Sarah; nineteen great-grandchildren; four brothers, Calvin Lewis, of Meeker, Oklahoma, Curtis Lewis, of Blue Ridge, Texas, Robert Lewis, of Troup, Texas, and Charles Lewis, of Mabank, Texas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

She was born and raised in Texas and then moved to California for a few years. In 1956, she moved to Lebanon, Missouri, and made her home. In addition to being a devoted homemaker to her family, Gracie worked as a nurses' aide at Breech Medical Center, and as a cook at the school and at Tan Tar-A Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri. After she and Lewis were married, they made their home in Lebanon.

Gracie followed the Baptist faith throughout her life.

In her spare time she enjoyed reading, growing beautiful flowers, and cooking for her family. She always loved providing a big celebration for her family each Christmas and making sure each child and grandchild had a gift. Her family was very important to her and she especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gracie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and will cherish the wonderful memories she created for her family and friends.
