Ella Cedonia Hodges (known to family and friends as Donnie) was the daughter of James Sylvester Hodges and Lucretia Burgess and the second wife of Claud Harless. For a number of years they lived in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana, subsequently moving to Voth, Jefferson County, Texas where they spent their later years. Ella and Claud had no children. Ella and Claude, share a common gravestone at Magnolia Cemetery.
