Kathy Lewis, 57 of Sanford, FL went to her eternal home on Friday, February 17, 2017. Kathy was born on October 6, 1959 in Leonardtown, MD, the daughter of Robert Lloyd McDaniel and Patricia Edell McDaniel. She was a 1977 graduate of St Mary's Academy in Maryland. She was employed as a legal assistant with the U.S. Department of Justice where she retired after over 25 years of service. Kathy enjoyed crafting, antiquing and was a gifted vocalist who loved to sing and adored her pets. She was a loving, kind and thoughtful daughter, sister, aunt and a friend to many. Her heart overflowed with love for everyone and she was known most fondly as "Aunt Kathy". She was preceded in death by her father. Family and friends can join her life celebration at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Park, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford FL 32771 on Saturday, February 25 at 2:00pm with a viewing from 12:00pm until 2:00pm when her service begins.
