Dorothy Jean Powers, age 86, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019 in Jackson. She is survived by 1 son, Tony Powers (Geneva) of Lexington, 1 daughter, Peggy Wallace (Bob) of Maryville, 1 sister, Carolyn Lee of Wildersville, 2 grandchildren, Marty Wallace and Patsy Powers, and 9 great grandchildren, Austin Wallace, Justin Wallace, David Wallace, Zackery Siegler, Dawson Siegler, Shelby Powers, Jacob Powers, Chip Arthur, and Cole Arthur.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Bertha Galloway, husband, Richard Edward Powers, 1 brother, Dale Galloway, 2 sisters, Billie Johnson and Audrey Olene Galloway, and 1 grandson, Brandon Powers.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, March 13 at 12PM at Reed’s Chapel in Lexington with burial to follow in Lexington Cemetery
She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Bertha Galloway, husband, Richard Edward Powers, 1 brother, Dale Galloway, 2 sisters, Billie Johnson and Audrey Olene Galloway, and 1 grandson, Brandon Powers.
