Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kuttawa First Baptist Church with the Rev. Carl Nelson, Tim Jernigan and Phil Crofford officiating.
Burial will follow at Maplelawn Cemetery, Paducah.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Friday at Lakeland Funeral Home.
He was the son of the late Clarence Haes and Elva Glover Burdette.
He was an instrument mechanic for Gaseous Difussion Plant and was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Air Force. He was a member at First Baptist Church and former member and deacon of Kuttawa First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Mary Joan Regan Burdette; four sons, Randall Charles Burdette, and Phillip Patrick (Cheron) Burdette, both of of Paducah, and Ronald Brent (Rhonda) Burdette and Kenneth Brian (Kay) Burdette, both of Plano, Texas; his sister, Jean Maxwell Burdette Moore, Daviess County; two grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.
