Loretta "Big Baby" Webb Stevens - born October 9, 1946 in Mobile, AL departed this life on January 16, 2008 at Tampa Memorial Hospital in Tampa, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Stevens, her parents Jimmie and Bertha Webb and sister Dorothy Moore. She leaves to cherish her memories four children Sundra Daily of Tampa, FL., Sam (Knesha) Webb of Lakewales, FL., Carlos Stevens of Seattle, WA., and Monica Purnell of Tampa, FL., seven grandchildren Wayland, Doran, Keith, Isiah, Jason, Brittany, Terry and Nicholas, great grandchildren, two sisters Carrie (Clarence) Daniels of Woodbridge, VA., and Josephine (Walter) Kennedy, one brother Jimmie Webb Jr. all of Mobile, several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at Prayer Tabernacle Early Church of Jesus Christ 1223 Mobile St., Mobile, AL from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral hour. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Sympathetic and professional service are by Memorial Funeral Home 1302 St. Stephens Rd., Prichard, AL 36610.
