Born December 4, 1937 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Michael Edward and Elizabeth Frances Linton Minor.
She was a homemaker and had been employed with General Motors. She enjoyed playing bridge, spending time with family and friends at the beach, or on the river, or at the lake.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlene Weaver and husband, Norman, Patricia Caudell and husband Kelly; two grandsons, Travis Rowe, Ryan Weaver; and one great granddaughter, Ella Rowe.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Gene Dowling Rowe, and an infant daughter Susan Rowe.
Family received friends on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 5 PM to 7 PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Memorial Mass was held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11 AM at St. Leo Catholic Church with Father Alfred Obiudu celebrant.
Interment prayers will be private in the Church Cemetery.
