Mary Ellen Roe, age 66, of Tipton, Indiana passed away on March 1, 2019 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on December 13, 1955 in Tipton, the daughter of Fred and Pheobe (Wann) Rigsby. On September 8, 1973 Mary married Tom Roe and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2018.
Mary was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, doing word puzzles, thrift shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Mary is survived by several nieces and nephews and her beloved pet, Nibby Joe.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday morning March 9, 2019 at the Porter Funeral Home located at 726 East North Street in Tipton.
