Dillard Silas Kaneaster, 74, of Springfield, MO, formerly of Branson won his final fight at 5:00 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019. His wife and one of his daughters were by his side. Dillard was born in Branson, MO on September 17, 1944 to Dayne and Pearl (Cooper) Kaneaster. After graduating from Branson High School he proudly served in Vietnam from April 1965 to April 1966. Dillard was preceded in death by his parents, a son David and a brother, Lester. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, three daughters: Mary Long and husband Herb, Christine Eagleburger and husband Aaron and Lesli Fletcher, nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one due in July, and sister, Susan Weeks.
Burial in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
