Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today from Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Milton Irvin and Robert J. Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Mullins was born in Rutherford County, son of the late Nelson W. and Betty Cook Mullins. He was a farmer in the Blackman Community before moving to Murfreesboro and was a member of Blackman Church of Christ.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Clara Hudson Mullins; a son, Joel V. Mullins Jr., Goodlettsville; a sister, Mrs. Lee Tune, Smyrna; and three grandchildren.
