Aged 72, died peacefully on March 17, 2018 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones. While we know that she is at peace and that her struggles are at an end, there is pain and sadness. She has left the legacy of her love and perseverance. Ann was born to the late Eldridge and Christine Patterson on January 26, 1946 in Iredell County, where she attended Dunbar School. Ann worked diligently and retired after 30 years.
