Victor Michael Perkins Sr. 64, of Burkburnett, Texas passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019. He was born on January 20, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio. He proudly served in the United States Navy. After his military years, he worked and traveled with Barnum and Bailey Circus, where he developed a love of elephants. In 1985 on a blind date in Dallas, Texas, he met the love of his life, Reta Darlene Miller. The couple married on August 22, 1992 and spent the next 26 years together. Victor loved listening to all kinds of music, watching Ancient Aliens, and very proud of having long hair. He enjoyed watching Texas Rangers baseball, while enjoying a cold beer. Victor loved his family and especially being "PawPaw" to the grandchildren. Victor was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby (Flusca) Perkins and father; a son, Michael Perkins Jr.; and a brother, Johnny Flucsa. He is survived by his wife, Reta Darlene Perkins; son, Mitchell Perkins; step-son, Charles Lambert; two daughters, Melissa Howard and husband, Harold and Melanie Elliott and husband, Chris; ten grandchildren, Skylynn, Chasity, D.J., Ethan, Cody, Charles Jr., Christian, Tara Ann, Nathaniel, and Katie; three sisters, Karen, Linda, and Audrey.
