Shawn Dale Morgan, born October 24th, 1971 at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas passed onto the loving arms of the Lord on November 21st, 2017. He was a loving husband, devoted father, beloved son, awesome brother, the “cool” uncle and crazy, outspoken friend.
Shawn loved the outdoors, hiking, camping, and fishing. He enjoyed music, karaoke, and Native American art and culture. He was an avid ghost hunter and paranormal enthusiast. He was a free spirit who touched many lives with his deep love of his family and friends. Shawn was committed to his sobriety and celebrated 20+ years sober.
He was loved and will be missed by his wife Jo Morgan, their young son Joshua Ryver Morgan, his daughter Abigail Morgan, mother Rose Rodriguez, step mother Gloria Morgan, father Clyde Dale Morgan, sister Katherine Morgan Pizana, brother David Morgan, his four nephews, his niece and numerous close family and friends.
A celebration of his life will begin with Visitation/Viewing at Vaughan's Funeral Home in Boerne, Texas on Thursday, November 30th, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. and Funeral Service on December 1st, 2017 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church beginning at noon with internment at the Boerne Cemetery.
