Mary M. Romano (nee Jamrozik), age 99, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2019. Mary was born December 8, 1919 to the late John and Angeline Jamrozik. Widowed by Louis J Romano, Mary is survived by her loving siblings Josephine (Juza) Jamrozik and Edward (Mary) Jamrozik. She is the loving sister of the late Emily (John) Pultorak, Ann (Frank) Cadero, and Harry (Josephine) Jamrozik. Devoted aunt of many nieces and nephews, Mary was the queen of the infamous all night Screwy Louie card game club. One of Mary’s favorite past times was knitting and stitching different items for her loved ones. Mary also enjoyed spending countless hours with her sister Juza and nieces playing the slots at the boat. She will be dearly missed.Visitation Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Cooney Funeral Home located at 3918 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. Funeral Saturday, prayers at 11:00 a.m. to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
