Jose Sauceda Trevino, of Seguin, passed on Friday, March 1, 2019, at the age of 55. He was born in New Braunfels, Texas on July 25, 1963 to Damian and Rafaela Trevino.
He is preceded by his parents, Damian and Rafaela Trevino; and sisters, Graciela Trevino and Graciela Davila.
He is survived by his companion of 10 years, Irma Jaramillo; wife of 25 years, Emily Trevino; children, Joe and Di Marie Trevino Jr., Jay and Roxi Jaramillo, Gabriel and Shantea Jaramillo, Blanca and Dominic Garcia, April and Willie Veliz; brothers, Diamond and Emily Trevino, Valentino Trevino, Raymond and Mary Trevino, Rudy and Gracie Trevino, Moses and Anna Davila, and Robin Davila; grandchildren, Julian, Joseph, Jakob, Andrew, Cory, Bradyn, Destiny, Seriah, Dominque, Destiny, Makaliah, Delaine, Necia and Amelia; and his fur baby, Precious.
Joe was a loving father, grandfather and brother. He was a humble man with a heart of gold who was also a hard worker. He enjoyed playing pool, dancing, barbecuing and cheering on his Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. He was especially proud of his son for playing the accordion.
A visitation will be on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at Palmer Mortuary Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery.
