CONROE, Texas - Robert H. Whipple, 87, entered his eternal home March 1, 2019.
He was the son of Lloyd and Lulu Whipple, and was born and raised in Forest City, Missouri.
Bob served in Korea as Corporal in the U.S. Army.

On April 30, 1955, Bob married Peggy Sipes of Oregon, Missouri. They had 3 children. Bob worked for Rainbow Bread Bread in St. Joseph.
Survivors include: his wife, of 63 years, Peggy, of their home; daughter, Judy (Mark) Reynolds, twin sons, Tom (Mary) Whippleand Tim (JoAnne) Whipple; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by: his sisters, infant Sina Ann Whipple, Florence Schaffer, Katherine Guyer, Marie Matthews, Violet Sinkhorn, Lois Sharp and Mary Sharp.
Bob was an ordained Deacon in the Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be held at the Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon, Missouri on Friday March 8, 2019, with visitation at 2 p.m. for family and friends followed by services at 3 p.m. with Dr. Larry Sipes officiating.
Interment with military honors: Maple Grove Cemetery.
