HENRIETTA L. GALLEGOS, 51, resident of Lordsburg passed away Friday February 22, 2019 at Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso.
A rosary will be Friday March 8, 2019 at 10 o’clock in the morning at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lordsburg led by Alice Ramirez. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 o’clock with Fr. Jude Okonkwo, Pastor officiating. Concluding services and interment will follow at Shakespeare Cemetery.
Henrietta was born July 15, 1967 in Tucson, Arizona to Juan and Antonia (Corralejo) Gallegos. She came to Lordsburg with her family at an early age and later worked as a cashier to McDonalds and Arby’s in Lordsburg. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she always enjoyed cooking for them and spending time with them. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her mother, Antonia Gallegos of Lordsburg; her sons, Enrique Gallegos of Lordsburg, Daniel Gallegos of Las Cruces, Alex Gallegos and his wife Tonee Paige of Las Cruces, Jason Gallegos and his wife Denette of Lordsburg; her daughters, Erika Batista, Jezika Batista and Shasta Gallegos all of Lordsburg; brothers, Juan Gallegos of Deming, Robert Gallegos of Lordsburg; sisters, Ramona Gallegos, Frances Gallegos, Artemisia Gallegos and Desiree Reyes all of Lordsburg; and 8 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jason Gallegos, Alex Gallegos, Enrique Gallegos, Daniel Gallegos, Robert Gallegos, and Johnny Gallegos. Honorary bearer is Danny Gallegos.
