Nina Worsham Hartsell Chandler, 91, of Albemarle passed away
Monday, March 4, 2019 in Bethany Woods Nursing Center. Her funeral will be 11 AM Thursday, March 7,
2019 at Bethel United Methodist Church with Pastor Kevin McCormac
officiating. Burial will follow in the
church cemetery. The family will receive
friends from 10 until 10:45 AM at the church prior to the funeral service.

Born September 18, 1927 in Danville, VA, she was the
daughter of the late Jack and Mamie Howard Worhsham. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist
Church and she formerly worked as a secretary with Collins and Aikman. She and her husband owned their own trucking
company and traveled the country site seeing and working.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Bertie
Hartsell and second husband Malcolm Chandler and by a son Terry Hartsell, as
well as a sister Bobbie Nell Worsham Spikes and a brother Frank Worsham. She is survived by four nieces and one nephew
Nancy Spikes Briggs of New London, Wanda Spikes Williams of Oak Grove, LA,
Zanna Worsham Swann of Clayton, NC, Karen Spikes Blake of Oak Grove, LA, and
Aaron Spikes of Willacoochee, GA.
