Regina Pauline King, age 55 of Hurley, Virginia passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at her home.
Born April 19, 1963 at Richlands, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Pauline Christian King and foster daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Ruth McClanahan King.
She was a graduate of Hurley High School Class of 1981 and a member of Hurley Evangelistic Presbyterian Church. Gina loved family gatherings, church activities, collecting pictures and recipes, and letting everyone sample her cooking.
In addition to her parents and foster parents, she was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Quincy and Lillian Christian; paternal grandparents, Andy and Mae King; one brother, James King; nephews, Nicholas King and Ethan King; five uncles, and six aunts.
Those left to cherish her memory include three foster sisters: Brenda Davis, Sharon Stacy, and Katherine King all of Hurley, Virginia.

Funeral services for Regina King will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, 12:00 Noon at the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel at Grundy, Virginia with Curtis Stacy officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, Virginia.
The family will receive friends Monday evening 6:00 P.M. at the Virginia Funeral Home. A song service will be held at 7:00 P.M.
Serving as Pallbearers will be nephews: Brian Davis, Bradley Davis, Brandon Davis, Tony Stiltner, Toby Davis, Jeff King, and Wesley Stacy.
