James Howe Colley, 77, of Paducah went peacefully to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 15, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his family. Mr. Colley was a Retired store manager of Wetterau-SuperValu and later from Kroger. He was also of the Church of Christ faith and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife and best friend of 57 years, Phyllis Chandler Colley; beloved daughter, Philisha Colley Nobis of Paducah; and other extended family members including sister and brother-in-laws. He was preceded in death by his parents, Whitlow and Edna Taylor Colley; one brother; and one sister. Graveside services will be Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Wickliffe Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Carter officiating. Visitation is Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at Lindsey Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Creatures Great & Small INC., P. O.
