She was predeceased by her father; her brother, the late Fred L. Phoebus; and her sister, the late Bonnie Sue Thacker.
She is survived by her mother, her son Matthew Schachte, and her sister-in-law Wilma Phoebus.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 1PM to 4PM at the Trinity Baptist Church 2671 Mattawoman-Beantown Road Waldorf, MD 20601.
A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 4PM at the Trinity Baptist Church, Waldorf, MD.
Clergy will be Pastor John Farris
Interment will be private.
