A U.S. Army veteran and the first of his family to attend college, he received his J.D. and taught in UCA’s Honors College and Arkansas Governor’s School for over 20 years. He collected over a thousand books, every one of which he read. He loved Bob Dylan, chess, and spending time with his family, who meant everything to him.
