Shirley J. Riley, 82, of Arcadia, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019. She was born June 11, 1936 in Toledo, OH to Andrew and Iona (Pieblow) Seegert, who preceded her in death. She was an officer of the Albuquerque, NM Shriner’s Ladies of the Nile and retired in 1979 from the Champion Spark Plug Company. Shirley shared a love for flying with her husband Robert, she received her license in the 1980’s and flew as his co pilot for many years.
Mrs. Riley is survived by her husband of 42 years, Robert W. Riley; her children: Douglas Hill (Joyce) of Oak Harbor, OH, Bonnie Williams (Wayne) of Arcadia, Pam Brandt (Donald) of Oak Harbor, OH and Geraldine Hill-Schultz of Port Clinton, OH; her step-daughters: Pam Gallaher (Rick) of Camden, SC and Robin Clifford (Joe) of Sandy, UT; her grandchildren: Jeff (Lisa) and Jason (Angela) Williams, Angi, Nick (Callie) and Sabrina Hill, Tony, Tracy and Nathan (Heather) Dusseau; 4 step-grandchildren, 4 step-great grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson; her step-siblings: Donna Korn, Sue Burk, Mary Jones, Rudy and Bill Komon. Also preceding her in death was her brother, James Seegert, her great granddaughter, Brooklyn and her first husband, Robert Hill.
