Kathleen "Kathy" Marie Adams, also known as "Sis," passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the age of 59 in St. Charles, Missouri. She was born on July 24, 1959 in St Louis.

She is the beloved daughter of Patsy Ann (Bernie Luecke) Adams and the late Thomas Patrick Adams Sr.; loving sister of John Adams, Thomas Patrick Adams Jr., Colleen (the late Tony) Neisinger, and Darrin (Susan) Adams; treasured aunt of numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; dear niece, cousin, and friend to many.

Sis could often be found cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and considered herself their #1 fan. She adored children and dedicated many years to this passion by working in childcare. She cherished her family and friends, and her beautiful memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. She will be remembered for her kind, loving and caring spirit.
