He was born on February 08, 1977 to Raymond & Rhonda Faye Mullins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Monroe & Hazel Neace Mullins and maternal grandparents: Carlo & Marie Williams White.
He is also survived by his wife: Crissy Mullins; one daughter: Lexie Mullins; two brothers: Carlos Mullins (Tracey) of Big Creek, KY & Jason Monroe Mullins of Barwick, KY; two uncles: Billy White of Grapevine, KY & Freddy Wayne Mullins (Geraldine) of River Caney, KY; four aunts: Murreline Begley (James) of Lee County, Carolyn Spencer of Grapevine, KY, Sandra Stidham of Grapevine, KY & Wilma Jean Mullins of Chavies, KY along with a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
Visitation will be after 6PM March 03, 2019 at County Line Community Church
Funeral will be at 1PM March 04, 2019 at County Line Community Church with Rev. Anthony Mullins officiating
Entombment will be at Mountain View Memorial Gardens
