Cindy had the ability to touch everyone she met and her presence would light up a room. Her strong faith in God gave her a unique will and strength to endure all things. Cindy was a member of Powell United Methodist Church and had volunteered as a special education aid in Upper Arlington. She loved to travel and was a big sports fan. The Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, and OSU Buckeyes were her favorites. She respected all her doctors over the years and was especially fond of Dr. Love, Dr. Hass, and Dr. Joe Franz. Cindy’s memory will live on in all the people she touched.
Preceded in death by her mother, Virginia, and brother, Gregory King Welsh.
Cindy will be dearly missed by her father, Dwight Welsh; sister-in-law, Christine Jacoby Welsh; niece, Katherine (Paul) Romolo; nephew, Joshua Welsh; and extended family.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Powell United Methodist Church, 825 E. Olentangy Street, Powell, Rev. Larry Brown, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Powell United Methodist Church Building Fund.
