Mr. Streeter Garland Graham, 68, of Coco Lane, Mount Airy, died on Thursday evening August 16, 2001, at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro.

Mr. Graham was born in Summers County, W.Va., to the late Streeter "Toe" Adewin Graham and Nerma Bennett Graham.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Gail Harold Graham; three brothers: Estil, Ralph, Abraham "Buster" Graham; three sisters: Jean Lilly, Dorothy Gilpin, and Slyvia Adkins; and by one granddaughter, Mart Beth Smith.

Mr. Graham was the former owner and operator of John Boy's Resturant in West End Elkin.

Surviving are five daughters: Vicky Bretz of Mars Hill, Debbie and Terry Smith of Reedsvile, Ohio, Brenda Hunt of Ararat, Robin and Ronald Dudley of Mount Airy and Donna Graham of Dobson; one son, William Rodert Graham of Mt. Airy; eighteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters: Sue and the Rev. Sterling Morgan of Lewisburg, W.Va., Freida and Fred Evans of Beckley, W.Va., Edith Jackson of Hinton, W.Va.; one brother, Jack and Hattie Graham of Woodbridge, Va.

Graveside services will be held Monday, August 20, 2001, at 11 a.m. a the Harold Family Cemetery in Ararat, Va.

The family will receive friends at Davis & Son Funeral Home in Dobson on Sunday evening from 7 to 9 p.m.
