Obituary - Alexander Funeral Home, Warrensburg – Johnsburg:
Patricia A. Mosher, 73, of Johnsburg passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at the Gulfside Center for Hospice Care in Zephyrhills, Florida.
Born December 23, 1937 in Glens Falls Hospital, she was the daughter of the late James and Cordie (Russell) Dalaba.
She was a lifelong resident of the area, whose favorite pastimes included bingo, garage sales, shopping, waitressing at Mosher’s Diner and spending time with her friends and family. Pat especially enjoyed going to all the sports and other activities her children and grandchildren were in.
While raising her family, Pat was employed several years with Smith’s Restaurant, she than worked at Johnsburg Central School until her retirement.
After retirement, Levi and Pat enjoyed their winters in Florida.
Besides her parents, her seven brothers, Erwin, Preston, Cleyon, Gerald, Grover, Sheldon and Glenn Dalaba and four sisters, Mildred Dalaba, Ruth Robinson, Loretta Tyrel and Althea Monroe have all predeceased her.
She leaves behind her husband of 53 years, Levi C. Mosher of Johnsburg; three daughters, Angie Dimick and her husband, Butch of Northville, Cindy Holdridge and her husband, Carl of Tipton,MO, Leisha Davis and her husband, Peter of Irmo,SC; her two sons, Raymond Mosher and his wife, Tricia of Broadalbin, James Mosher and his wife, Lorrie of South Glens Falls; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; her sister, Shirley Wheeler of Pottersville and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may call on Pat’s family from 12-2 pm Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Alexander-Baker Funeral Home, 3809 Main St., Warrensburg.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will follow visitation at 2 pm, Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Jacqueline Mueller, Pastor of the Johnsburg United Methodist Church officiating.
