He leaves to cherish his memories: His wife Victoria Manning and to this reunion was born three girls: Frantoria Manning of Dallas, Texas; Shaquana Manning of Dallas; and Tamika Manning of Dallas, Texas. He also has a daughter Aramis Manning of Dallas; one son, Tommy Frank Mosqueda of Dallas, Texas; and daughter Marlee Manning of Minneapolis, MN, 13 grandchildren of Dallas, Texas; one brother Arthur (Salahuddin Ali Sa'd ) of Faribault, MN, one sister, Archie Mae Shaw of Hillsboro, Texas "companion and care giver Connie Wilson of Minneapolis, MN, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by: his parents, Archie Lee Hamilton (Manning) and James Edwards Shaw; two brothers, David Earl Wade, and Jackie Manning, one sister, Bettie George (Manning) and other family members.
Tommy Frank Manning enjoyed playing golf, dominoes, cooking, swimming, partying, especially traveling to see family, and he was raised up in Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. You are and will be missed.
