David Magness was born on January 13, 1944 in Dallas, TX and passed away on February 11, 2019 in Sunnyvale, TX.
He graduated from Kimball High School and later attended UT Arlington and El Centro Community College. David worked in Windows Engineering at Walmart and was a Director for Data Center of Operations at Zale Corp. His hobbies included playing golf, traveling, working in his yard and volunteering at Tenison Golf Park and the North Texas Food Bank.
David is preceded in death by parents Joseph L. Magness and Opal Magness, siblings: Mary Louise Horton, Alton LD Magness, John Larry Magness and Charles Magness.
He is survived by his wife Sharon Magness, children: Jason Magness, Shyra Weimer and stepson Joseph McKinney, grandchildren: Leandra and Matthew Weimer, sisters: Catherine Wadkins and Barbara Wilson as well as many nieces and nephews.
