Janis was a member of Maxon Christian Church, graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and retired from Western Baptist Hospital.
Survivors include one daughter, Candance (Brian) Rose, Murray, KY; one son, Jason (Ellen) Harris, West Paducah, KY; two grandchildren, Zeb and Eden Harris; one niece, Heather Lambert, Paducah, Ky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin L Hager Sr. & Maurine DeArman Hager; one brother, Alvin L. Hager Jr.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah with Rev. Billy Weaver officiating.
There will be no visitation.
