Mr. Todd B. Fisher, 51, of Shippensburg, PA passed away Monday, February 25, 2019 in the Chambersburg Hospital after a battle with cancer.

Born May 26, 1967 in Berkley Springs, WV he was the son of Nina L. (Shaffer) Fisher of Waynesboro, PA and the late James M. Fisher.

He was a graduate of the Southern Fulton High School, Warfordsburg, PA with the Class of 1985. Mr. Fisher then went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree from Penn State Mont Alto.

Mr. Fisher was currently employed as a plant manager for Nitterhouse Masonry Products, Chambersburg, PA for the past two years. He was previously employed for L.B. Smith Ford in Lemoyne, PA for a few years.

He enjoyed going to the beach, politics, cars, and antiques.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his fiancé and companion of nine years, Barbara Ritchey of Shippensburg; a sister, Judith Sulpizo and her husband Lawrence of Duncannon, PA; a brother, Jim Fisher and his wife Vicki of Hagerstown, MD; a step-daughter, Kayla Berkley and her husband Greg; a step-grandson, Lincoln; one niece, Danyel Sulpizo; two nephews, Larry Sulpizo, Jr. and his wife Kathleen; and Christopher Sulpizo; and two great-nephews, Anthony and Nicholas.

In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a nephew, Colby Fisher and his two beloved dogs, Joey and Josie.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 1, 2019 in the Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad Street, Waynesboro, PA with Pastor Jerry Roth officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery, Quincy, PA.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday afternoon in the funeral home.
