She is survived by her husband, David Quinton Spann, daughters, Deb Hayes, Crick (Bill) Kennedy & Myra (Joey) Palmer, son, Joey (Barbara) Rush, sisters, Flodie Rush, Whick Garner & Judy (Dean) Durant, brother, Archie Maddox, grandchilden, thirteen, great-grandchild, twenty four, great great -grandchildren, six Sevice for Mrs. Spann was Friday July 20 at 11:00 A.M. with internment in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
