CHINA GROVE -- Frances Louise Haywood, 71, 1170 N.C. 152 E., died Sunday (March 27, 2005) at her home after a period of declining health.
Born May 10, 1933, in Madison County, Ala., Mrs. Haywood, a daughter of the late Pillar and Alma Hargrove, was retired. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church, Salisbury.
Survivors include daughters Teresa R. James, China Grove, and Debra R. Carter, Salisbury; sisters Iona Leonard, Toano, Va., Joyce Winslow, Gloucester, Va., and Carole Pettitt, Hampton, Va.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services: Memorial, 1 p.m. Saturday, Southside Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Ricky Brown and the Rev. Jim Vickery. The body will be cremated.
Visitation: None.
Memorials: Rowan Regional Home Health and Hospice, Salisbury, NC.
