MICHAEL ENGLAND, 62, of Liberty passed away on Sunday December 2, 2018 while he was enjoying a ride on his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He was born on December 16, 1955 in Hamilton Ohio and is the son of Caroline England and the late Homer England. On March 27, 2004 he married Sabrina Davisson in Brown County IN.
Michael was a member of Oxford Baptist Church, and is the current president of the Liberty Lions Club. In 2015 Michael retired from Schneider Electric after 42 years of service where he had worked in electrical maintenance. Michael was a lifetime member of the NRA, Tomahawk Brotherhood, and was a Circle D Ranger cowboy. He especially loved spending time riding his motorcycle with his wife, Sabrina.
Along with his mother and wife, he is survived by four sons, Kenny (Vanessa) England of Okarche OK, Kevin England of Dayton OH, Caleb England of Anchorage AK, and Robert Somers of Brownsville IN; a daughter, Heather (Brad) Somers-Wood of Beverly WV; two brothers, Steven (Tina) England, of Mt Juliet TN and Timothy (Karen) England, of Brownsville IN; ten grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews and many more loving family and friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Homer; a brother, David England; and a sister, Patricia Gregory.
Visitation for Michael will be held on Thursday December 6, 2018 from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm at Urban-Winkler Funeral Home in Liberty. The funeral service will be held on Friday December 7, 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
