Actress. She will be remembered for originating the role of 'Marilyn' on the TV series "The Munsters" (1964). Born Beverly Ogg, her father was a college professor, she studied at the University of Michigan, before moving to New York. She initially worked as a secretary at CBS prior to landing her first recurring role as 'Linda Elliot' on the TV soap opera "As the World Turns" (1961 to 1964). She has several television credits which included "The Doctors," "Wagon Train" and "The Virginian," before being cast as the beautiful blonde 'Marilyn' on "The Munsters." Pat Priest would succeed her in the role. She went on to play 'Dr. Paula McCrea' in the soap opera "Another World" (1971 to 1972), before retiring from the industry during the 1970s.
