She was born December 19, 1933 in Boulder City, the daughter of George Landon and Ora (Hobson) Lewis. On October 6, 1951 she was united in marriage to Clyde Sanders Jr., who preceded her in death on January 3, 1994. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one great granddaughter, Karissa Walburn; one daughter-in-law, Brenda and her unborn child; four brothers, Joe, Landon, Dallas and Denzil and four sisters, Pauline, Maxine, Josephine and Marjorie.
Surviving are her six children, ; one brother, John Lewis; two sisters, Darlene Laughlin and Georgia Wisely; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Bonnie was a life-long resident of Boulder City. For over thirty years she was employed at Sunbeam Products in Neosho, where she retired. She enjoyed shopping with her sisters, reading books, the 10 o’clock news and Sunday dinners.
She loved bigger than most and was best known for the love she had for her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
