Joseph Thomas Lambert, age 19, of Temple, Georgia passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Georgia.

Joseph was born on August 14, 1999 in Queens, New York, the son of Thomas Shane Lambert and Melissa Ann Gibson Lambert. Joseph was a student at Central High School in Carrollton, Georgia and he was a Christian.

Joseph was a very "Special Young Man". There was something about him that could always put a smile on your face. He was an avid "Super Heroes" fan and there wasn’t one he didn’t recognize. Joseph never had a bad day, he was full of faith, he saw angels and it was always Sunday. Joseph loved his family to the moon and back. He enjoyed food, especially bacon cheeseburgers. His favorite part of school was Special Olympics and lunch. Joseph spent a lot of time on his computer listening to music, he could let out a tune from his heart as loud as he could sing.

He is survived by his parents, Shane and Melissa Lambert and sisters, Amber Grace Lambert and Mackenzie Grace Lambert.

The family will receive friends at J. Collins Funeral Home on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
