Ruth Ora Culp, age 76, of Amarillo, died Sunday December 24, 1995 in St. Anthony's Hospital.

Born in Conway, she moved to Wellington in 1924. She attended school at Roundup and Aberdeen.

She married Dan Culp in 1938 at Hollis, OK. They moved to Amarillo in 1947 where she was a Safeway checker for many years. She and her husband owned and operated Barnaby's Beanery in Amarillo for many years before retiring in 1982.

Survivors include her husband, Dan; two sons, Charles F. Culp and Rickey Culp, both of Amarillo and one daughter, Barbara Ann Brown of Amarillo; six sisters, Birdie Francis, Helen Wisdom, Imojean Johnson, all of Amarillo; Juanita Fister of Austin, Janell Standifer of Yukon, OK and Betty Linley of Howardwick; also

Five brothers, Dick Judd of Wellington, Buck Judd of Amarillo; Preston Judd and John Judd, both of Clarendon and Jiggs Judd of Azle; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Isam Theodore and Dena Josephine Judd of Wellington, also two brothers, Thurston Judd of Portland, Oregon and Denny Judd of Wellington.
