She was born August 3, 1959 to Gerald and Ada Elwood in Johnson City, New York.
On July 16, 1977, Tracy married the love of her life, Jerry. Together they had two children.
After marriage, Jerry’s military service took then many places: California, New York, Utah and England. They settled in Utah. Along with travel her many loves were family, shopping and jewelry.
Tracy is survived by her husband, Jerry, Roy; daughter, Mandy, Roy; son, Brian (Tess), Clinton; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her in-laws, Jack and Pat Miller.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
