Bonita May Turner was born Aug. 7, 1938, to Raymond and Eloise Morrison in Longview.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Buddy Dale Turner; two daughters, Melody Cooper and Shelly Armand; a son, Alan Turner; a granddaughter, Katelyn Armand; a brother, William Morrison; and two sisters, Mary Wagner and Marlene Oxford.
Bonnie is survived by two sons, Jess Dale Turner (Cheryl) and Buddy Dale Turner Jr., both of Kelso; two sisters, Lucille Morrison and Donna Morrison, both of Kelso; three brothers, Harold Morrison (Shelia) of Kelso, Daniel Morrison of Woodenville, Wash., and Tom Morrison (Diane) in Texas; seven grandchildren, Alayna Davis, Haley Cox, Mike Cooper (Kat), Colby Dixon and Kody Turner, all of Longview, Jess Turner of Kelso, and Megan Armand (Dave) of Lake Oswego, Ore.; six great-grandchildren; and numerous niece and nephews.
Bonnie lived in the Kelso area her entire life. She met the love of her life, Buddy Dale Turner and they married in September of 1955. Bonnie was a homemaker and dedicated her life to raising her children and a granddaughter.
A memorial service is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday at Dahl-McVicker Funeral Home, 301 Cowlitz Way in Kelso with Pastor Rick Giles officiating.
