Dennis Wayne Wood age 52 of Fayette, Ohio passed away on February 20, 2019.
He was born on November 13, 1966, in Adrian to Robert and Diana (Glisson) Wood. Dennis graduated from Morenci High School with the Class of 1984. He was a talented carpenter and could make anything that was asked of him. Dennis was a member of the Morenci Legion. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting. Dennis never knew a stranger and was known for his big smile and great sense of humor.
Dennis is survived by his children, Devet Lee (Nick) Coopshaw and Josh Wood (Chelsea Masseth); grandchildren, Deegan and Cody Coopshaw, and Wyatt and Walker Wood; his mother, Diana Wood; siblings, Robert (Jaylene) Wood, Sydney Savage, Leslie Simon and Tammie Wood; and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at 6 p.m. at Wagley Funeral Home, Adrian with Pastor Keith Smith officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
